Mitsubishi Motors North America - Incompetent service department San Bernardino

Mitsubishi sent me a letter for a recall I called the dealership made an appointment a week out my only off day I come out to my appointment they tell me they don't have the recall parts. I called corporate they tell me the parts aren't even in yet and no one has them yet so why would this guy make me an appointment I'm pissed. No my issue has not been resolved
